The driving force and fundamental principle upheld within our corporate culture, is that a great degree of importance has been placed on the internal support available to our team of branch managers, loan officers and processors. Communication is a key element to the success of this company and you as an individual. On a daily basis, our branch managers and loan officers have an opportunity to attend an Internet forum in which they have constant professional interaction. This front-line, real-time communication, known as “TLG Roundtable”, serves as a venue for individual loan officers, lenders and specific groups to post information and host “Live Meetings” to address client needs and corporate and internal departmental matters including:
Advice on loan scenarios.
Lender product matching to client lending requirements.
Loan support from Preferred Lenders and other members of the Transcontinental staff.
“TLG Branch Manager Roundtable” specifically dealing with corporate and managerial matters.
“Processing Round Table” specifically addressing processing procedures and issues.

Another avenue of learning and communication exists through our company’s weekly and monthly “Conference Calls” and “Live Meetings”. During these meetings, you can interactively speak with the various department heads within the company targeting the needs of managers, loan officers and processors.
TLG is heavily involved in all your ongoing training and mentoring for the most expeditious use of our systems and platforms. Your connection to these tools begins with our Training Department. The Training Department is a highly sophisticated arm of the professional philosophy of Transcontinental Lending Group, Inc. This department works closely with our recruiting team to insure that the hiring and ongoing education at TLG is of the highest caliber.
